Tropical Modern

A large tropical modern home with floor-to-ceiling glazing on all sides. The owners needed privacy and light control without losing the open, airy character of the space or blocking garden views.

Double-track systems were installed throughout, pairing sheer vitras for daytime diffusion with blackout roller blinds for night privacy. Horizontal aluminium blinds were used in the kitchen and bathrooms for precision control.

The layered system gives the family complete control — from fully open to fully private — without cluttering the clean architectural lines of the home.
