The Dark Suite

A boutique hotel wanted to differentiate its suites with a dramatic, dark aesthetic. Guests needed 100% light exclusion for sleep quality while the daytime look had to feel intentional and designed, not just functional.

VIV-11 RE blackout gorden in deep charcoal were installed with motorised track systems. Complementary textured wallpaper was added to the feature walls, and vertical blinds in the bathrooms provide privacy while allowing ventilation.

Guest satisfaction scores for room comfort rose significantly following the renovation. The suites became a talking point, with guests noting the "cinema-dark" quality of the rooms.
