A brutalist apartment renovation requiring acoustic softening without compromising the visual weight of the exposed concrete walls. The client wanted warmth without sacrificing the raw industrial aesthetic they loved.

We installed floor-to-ceiling raw silk in Ash Grey across all main rooms, paired with sheer voile vitras to filter natural light. Custom Roman shades in linen were added to the study for flexible light control.

The result is a space that breathes warmth without losing its architectural honesty. Sound dampening improved by an estimated 40%, and the room now feels both expansive and intimate.
